Well, it’s almost 1 Feb. My target weight was 190.
Today my weight was 192.8. Yesterday it was 192.4. That averages out to 192.6. With bodyfat at 21.6% (averaged over 2 days) as told by my Skulpt Chisel.
My weight on 1 Jan was 196.8, at 22.5% bodyfat.
Time for some math. On 1 Jan, I was carrying around 44.28 lbs of fat. No wonder I’m struggling with pull-ups! On 1 Feb, I am carrying 41.60 lbs of fat. That is a loss of 2.68 lbs. That translates into roughly 0.63 lbs per week of fat loss.
I’ll also look at a chart of my calories eaten vs how many calories my Fitbit thinks I’ve burned. I took a look a few minutes ago, and I’m a little surpised. Either my Fitbit thinks I’ve burned far more calories than I have, or I’ve eaten far more calories than I recorded, or some combination of both. In all likelyhood a combination of both.
