The Midlife Upgrade is literally just that – my plan to upgrade my overall life… in the middle of my life. I really created this website/blog as a method of personal accountability. I found that I had several different notebooks with some random items listed and even files that I had created on my computer like spreadsheets, and bookmarked links in my different browser, but year after year, I was basically doing mainly the same things, and getting the same results. Which is not to say bad results. Just results that I thought could be better.
This blog will focus primarily on health & fitness, with a bit of fun thrown in for good measure.
